Reasonable, reliable, all went very well
Very efficient and reliable service without any hiccups or delays. We were really impressed and would have no hesitation in using this Company again. Communication is clear, drivers on time and vehicles immaculate.
Luxury at its best
I used the company to travel to and from Cape Town Airport, Both journeys were absolutely flawless, with the drivers being on time on both occasions. They also had the extra little touches of opening doors, loading my suitcases and providing me with chilled bottled water. I will been travelling this way from now on. Stress free Airport transport. Amazing services received.
shuttle service excellence
Supershuttles drove us around 6 times for our 7 day stay in Cape Town and never 1 issue. The drivers was not only very safe and reliable but also always very helpful, friendly tour guide with top notch service and many good recommendations with places to see. Very smooth driving and vehicles extremely comfortable. We opted for a luxury vclass mercedes mini bus which was a bit more expensive than there standard options but still good for what it offers. Enjoyable experience and will make use of them again.
outstanding services
Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport, our driver Yusri was waiting neatly with a sign with my name on it. Friendly driver, loaded our suitcases into his van himself (we didn't have to do it ourselves). Brand new van, clean, neat. The transfer back also went very well, driver was 30 minutes early, were dropped off at the airport in time for the door. The service was outstanding. Good overall service
I am absolutely satisfied with the services i received from Supershuttles. They are trustworthy and extremely reliable. I highly recommend!
