Our emphasis is the curation of craft beer brands, and a service standard that sets the trend in the hospitality industry. Our beer is served by the most knowledgeable and passionate staff in the industry, and our food is crafted by an internationally experienced kitchen team specifically to compliment our large beer variety.

The Beerhouse is an exciting brand with 2 existing venues (Long Street in Cape Town & Fourways in Johannesburg). We are looking to expand by opening up new bars all across South Africa. We require an experienced Operations Manager with multi-site hospitality experience that wants to lead this growth whilst maintaining quality standards and focusing on customer experience.
The primary focus area of the Operations Manager is the maximization of sales and trading performance across the allocated market and/or individual outlets’ levels and the establishment, and maintenance of operational standards within the outlets.
